Tim Miller
What
five books would you take to a deserted island? |
1. A Survival Guide
(the unabridged edition!)
2. A book to learn a
foreign language
3. A complete
collection of Calvin and Hobbes
4. War and Peace
(still haven't read it yet!)
5. Gardening and Good
Cooking
You
are given a chance to relive one day of your life. You could go back and change something
you've always regretted, or just relive the best day of your life. What day do you choose? |
Pick a college party
that we all had! At Bernie's, at the Oaks, that pool party at Leo's with all the
sangria - too much fun!
You've
just spent 90 days in a life raft with little food and water. Fishermen pick you up in the
Caribbean and offer you whatever you'd like to eat and drink. What do you ask for? |
Antipasto appetizers,
Pasta (gnocchi, tortellini, canelloni, manicotti, ravioli), garlic toast, a salad (olives,
avocados, spinach, feta cheese, green peppers, mushrooms), canoli dessert. An extremely
cold amber ale beer, red wine, sambuca, cappuccino.
You
have to choose one city on earth to live in, knowing that you could never leave a 100 mile
radius of that city. Where do you want to live? |
I still have to go
with somewhere near San Francisco. Northern Cal has got it all - including the
prices so I guess I'd either have to win the lottery, marry a rich woman, or work my ass
off. I'll take the second! And speaking of second, Hawaii was a close one.
Your
house is on fire. You have time to race in and save your one most prized possession. What
will you grab? |
If I had a computer in
my apartment, I'm sure all my "important" stuff would be on it or on the
floppies with it. Not yet having one in my apartment (which is a good thing right
now!), I'd have to save my mountain bike since it's the most expensive thing I own.
You
are given the chance to mind meld (ala Spock), with one living person. Who would you
choose? Who would you choose from the past? |
The player to score
the goal in overtime that wins the Stanley Cup
Julius Caesar
